Return Policy

At Barnberry Lane, we strive to make every customer happy with their purchase!

Please be sure to verify your address when checking out. Items that are returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address will incur a re-ship fee.

Please notify us immediately if an item is damaged when received. Email a photo of the damaged item to within 48 hours of receipt.

You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of the original shipment date.  Items must be postmarked within 7 days of confirmed delivery date to be eligible for return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Any items that appear to be worn, altered, have the tags removed, smell of smoke or perfume, or washed will be refused. Items that are received by us after the return period will not receive be approved for a credit. We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us.

Final Sale, Clearance, Deal of the Day, Flash Sale, Intimates, Jewelry, Mystery Bags, and any items purchased during a sale with a Discount Code are not eligible for return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Returns are issued Store Credit only.  Please allow us 3 business days to process returns.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the return and you will receive an email with the amount you were credited.

Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

FREE Shipping on U.S. orders with USPS
Please allow 2-4 business days for processing. Most items will ship 1-2 business days from purchase date as long as the item is currently in stock. Note that holidays and weekends are not included in processing and shipping times. Please ensure your package is shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and will not replace/refund items. We use real time shipping with U.S. Postal Service (USPS) which is determined by the weight and destination of your package.

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Most packages are shipping USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Express shipping is available at an additional cost to you.
