Returns
At Barnberry Lane, we strive to make every customer happy with their purchase! In an effort to keep our prices as low and as competitive as possible, all qualified returns will be issued store credit minus our exact cost for shipping to you. If you purchased on the website, we will email you a discount code for your credit. If your order was placed in Comment Sold, your credit will be added to your account. Please read this policy to verify your return meets the qualifications and email barnberrylane@gmail.com. We do not respond to personal messages regarding returns.

Please be sure to check your address when checking out. Items that are returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address will incur a re-ship fee.

Please notify us immediately if an item is damaged when received. Email a photo of the damaged item to barnberrylane@gmail.com within 48 ours of receipt.

You can return an item within 7 days of the original shipment date or the date your package was placed out for pickup. It is not our responsibility if you do not pick up your package in time. Our Return Policy is 7 days from the date the order was processed, NO EXCEPTIONS. Items in the FINAL SALE Collection are Not Eligible for Return. It states this in all CAPS in that Collection. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be in the original packaging. Any items that appear to be worn, altered, have the tags removed, covered in hair and fuzz, full of dog hair, have pulls or snags, were obviously worn for holiday photos, smell of smoke or perfume, or washed will be refused. Items that are received by us after the return period will not receive a credit. We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. We do not offer exchanges. You must return an item and purchase the size you want if we have it. We will not pay for shipping exchanges. Jewelry and Hats are not eligible for return for sanitary purposes. Items purchased with a 30% off Sale or greater are not eligible for return. Holiday items cannot be returned after the holiday has passed. Giveaway items or Mystery Bags are not eligible for return.  Doorbusters and Deals of the Day are not eligible for return.

All customized products are Final Sale. Sale, clearance, jewelry, accessories, or gift certificates are not eligible for return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will be applied for you. Please allow 2-4 business days for your return to be processed. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
